in changing A hotkeys ctrl-a hotkeys are now ctrl-shift-a and GameEngine is now ctrl-alt-shift-p

Patch [#30476] small 3 line patch to add the option 'NOT EQUAL TO' to the select faces by number of vertices operator

"This patch adds "Not Equal To" to the list of options for selecting faces based on the number of vertices. While the equivalent can indeed be achieved by using "Equal To" and invert selection, having this option allows for a smoother work-flow when adjusting the number of vertices to be compared."

small usability edit, now there is some feedback on when the camera is locked to view.

A warnign will now appear in the top left corner and the camera outline becomes red, this warning only appears in camera view

Patch #27085, Restore old 2.49 TAB behaviour for window splitting, by Andre Oliveira

Now this patch only applies to RMB window splitting not the click and drag as that would cause confusion and big mess

small feature request from zanqdo, merging in the mirror modifier is now optional, simply turning town the merge limit just simply do anything, and merging is off by default as this seems more logical behaviour
